The Old Schoolroom Community Project
The schoolroom building dates from 1777 and was formerly a church school. It has been used as a church hall and for events and meetings for many years. Now the building urgently requires repairing and modernising so that it can be used more extensively by the community. Several open meetings have been held to decide how the building could best be used in the future and plans have been drawn up to renovate the building and and add a small extension to provide additional facilities.
